FAQ

Q: When does my order ship?
A: Orders are processed in batches and ship at the start of the following month after the purchase.
You'll find more details about order preparation bellow under Processing Time.

Q: I only received the receipt from PayPal in my email after the purchase.
A: I don't send any automated emails beside the ones sent by PayPal. That email is the proof your order was accepted and is being processed.

Q: Do I get a tracking number?
A: Yes you do. After your order ships (see Processing Time), PayPal will email you the tracking number.

Q: I need to get my order ASAP.
A:I can have your order prepared outside the regular batch and ship it with express shipping.

Q: My order arrived and didn't came with any instructions, where can I find them?
A: To reduce paper waste, all manuals and assembly instructions are digital. You can find them on the product's page, in this website.

Processing Time

Since every product is hand assembled, orders are processed in batches.
Under normal circumstances, every order placed until the 25th of the month, will be dispatched at the start of the following month.
If you place your order on the 25th of the month or later, it will be dispatched no later than four weeks from the date of purchase.
We never take longer than four weeks to dispatch any order, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping

Shipping is completely free, worldwide, unless otherwise noted.
Every order shipped out has its own tracking number, provided in the purchase's details, on Etsy or PayPal, after it ships.
Damages caused by shipping are covered under warranty.
Lost packages(1)(2) are replaced under warranty.
Unclaimed or returned packages are sent back to customers.
The cost of returning a product for repair or replacement is paid for by the customer.

(1) Packages are considered lost if one or more of the following conditions apply:
a) No new tracking updates in more than two months.

(2) Packages are NOT considered lost if one or more of the following cases occur:
a) Wrong address provided by customer.
b) Tracking shows package marked as "Delivered".
Transit Time

Shipping usually takes between 2 to 10 business days to the European Union and between 5 to 25 business days to the rest of the world.
Example 1: if you order to Italy, on average it would take 4 business days to be delivered.
Example 2: if you order to the USA, on average it would take 12 business days to be delivered.

Warranty

Fully assembled versions of our products are covered by warranty for one year following the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any defect in the manufacturing of the product, such as assembly errors or faulty components.
This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction caused by incorrect use, such as, but not limited to, power cables connected backwards, excessive voltage levels, or exposure to extreme temperature or moisture levels.
The cost of returning a product for repair or replacement is paid for by the customer.
DIY kits and bare printed circuit boards are not covered under any warranty and come with no guarantee of assembly troubleshooting or customer support.
